1. General Terms
• By making a reservation with ZenGlowSpa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ZenGlowSpa.
• Prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Any personal information provided by you is subject to our Privacy Policy .
2. Booking and Payment
• Reservations can be made through our website, via email at partners@zenglowspatop.com, or by calling our hotline at +65 8030 1224.
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
3. Transportation Services
• Our transportation services are subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for safety and monitoring purposes.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will result in additional charges.
• Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
4. Liability
• ZenGlowSpa will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of our services.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
• ZenGlowSpa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who displays violent or disruptive behavior.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
• ZenGlowSpa reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly check for any changes or updates to these terms and conditions.
